1973 Ford Mustang , power steering gear box. seal set or reman replacement ?

should i just replace it or put seals in it ? any links to detailed results would be appreciated. thanks(^$^)
the unit works good just leaks out as fast almost as filled.i can get a rebuilt for 100.00 xchanged.
