I just painted my 1967 Fastback-I chose the 2003 color from the DuPont pain catalog-it was a “dark highland green” Ford color of course.
Bullit used a 1968 mustang.
It is highland green
’08 bullitt mustangs are like 315 bhp or something and exhaust is tuned to sound like the one in the film so not wisper quiet , ’67/’68 mustangs would be my choice cos it looks soooo right
i believe it could be highland green.
Just bought a 68 fastback. dull yellow, 289 auto trans. first though I’m gonna do paint and wheels. What shade/number of green is that? everybody’s trying to tell me “british racing green” but it seems to dark to me.

the only way i would buy a bullit mustang is to buy the one in the vide, these days the new ones are whisper quiet wannabe v6s. old bullitts rule!!
I guess its rather a bearing damage, probably the crankshaft, maybe the camshaft.
There`s something wrong with the engine….the valves are ticking as well, sounds poor to me.
But apart from that it s a nice Fastback
