How much trouble will I have swapping a 2008 mustang gt engine into an older 60’s mustang?

I most recently ran into a deal for a wrecked from the rear 2008 Mustang GT. I would like to find an older 60’s Mustang and swap the engine and transmission into the older car. The 08 mustang is complete with everything computer etc.
